Although Labor Day is rather different in meaning than Memorial Day or 4th of July, the flags were out in full-force yesterday in my travels. One of the best Massachusetts MCs post-Ed O.G. & Da Bulldogs got a bit patriotic himself with “Flags.” In true REKS fashion, the song looks at the underbelly of the issue. Many of those songs appear on Revolution Cocktail, Rhythmic Eternal’s full-length with Florida producer Numonics.
