Stalley’s been doing it for some years now, with an array of looks and collaborators.Honest Cowboy appears to be a true breakthrough work at gathering the solo identity and distinction of the Ohio MC. He raps, “I grew up on C-Bo, also on ‘Scenario’,” which is a line Heads can’t help but love on the potent “Sticks And Stones.” Then he comes back around with “Blue Collar Gang.” Both efforts feature singer Rashad. Salute Stalley, he’s really finding his zone.
