Buckshot & 9th Wonder Come Back Together For Some 3am Square Biz (Audio)

From 2005 to 2012, Black Moon’s Buckshot and Little Brother’s 9th Wonder made an Interstate 95 link to record three albums together. These works charted new waters for both artists, who when they set out to collaborate, were largely known for the personas created in their respective groups. By 2012, both artists had forged solo careers and an impressive, commercial body of work with each other. While The Solution appeared to close out the trilogy, the Duck Down Music and Jamla Records founders linked up for “3am,” an inclusion on Jamla Is The Squad.

Dropping tomorrow (January 28), this Statik Selektah mixtape showcases 9th’s label talent as of late, with lots of special guests and collaborations. This joint proves that 9th and BDI haven’t exhausted subject matters, with this true to form latenight conversation record in each artist’s lane.
