As we collectively approach a new first of the month, leave it to Lone Catalysts’ J. Rawls & The eMC’s Masta Ace to make a funky explanation about how those “Bills” run our lives. Ace, who regularly externalizes his rhymes when he’s being self-deprecating, waxes some Everyman poetic.
