Count Bass D is an incredibly dope artist who (along the lines of DOOM, J-Live, People Under the Stairs and more) is revered by Heads in the know but never penetrated the mainstream. He is returning with a new EP, The Count in Cologne, which is his first project of new material in 3 years.
