Spike Lee has teamed with Beats Music to put together an amazing short film on the making of Do the Right Thing, in celebration of the film’s 25th anniversary this year. The video features Spike doing a guided tour of all the Brooklyn landmarks featured in the movie, as well as present day insights from many of the film’s principal characters, including Danny Aielo (Sal), Rosie Perez (Tina), Bill Nunn (Radio Raheem) and more. There’s also extensive footage of the block party Spike threw in Brooklyn. Guests included Public Enemy, Dave Chappelle, Erykah Badu, Yasiin Bey, Wesley Snipes and more. Check out the video.
