Lil Dicky garnered a lot of attention last year with the release of the video for his song “Ex-Boyfriend” where he comically fretted about not measuring up to his girlfriend’s ex. While he frequently indulges in such (often peurile) humor, don’t sleep. Dude has true rap skills. On “Spontaneity,” he flexes them a bit while rapping about “nothing”…seemingly. As he flips back and forth between single and double-time rapping it becomes clear that, despite the jokes, he takes his rapping very seriously. Check it out.
