Bishop Lamont Invites DJ Quik & Quik’s Son To His Party (Audio)

Bishop Lamont’s The Reformation is coming. The album—thee album, a first studio effort from the Carson, California MC once billed as a Dr. Dre protege. For “B-I-T-C-H,” the MC who was reportedly managed by Dame Dash for a brief stint in the 2000s links with another Compton, Cali super-producer.

DJ Quik and Bishop are at it again, on an upbeat track—inspired by Quik’s longtime homie Suga Free’s call-out. Quik’s son, David Blake, Jr., also makes a high-profile appearance on the cut. His verse isn’t too shabby either.
