Two West Coast O.G’s, Kokane and Kurupt, continue their collaborative history. Tha Dogg Pound co-founder and the longtime Above The Law affiliate, who were both tied to Death Row Records in The Chronic era, as well as during the early 2000s, link up once more. With Joe Young, the “U Hear Me Niggaz Remix” has a jarring multi-tracked, melodic beat, with three MCs taking the hard way in telling others to fall back.

This is released on Mr. Kane’s (a/k/a Jerry Long) Bud E Boy Records, which has enjoyed success releasing the veteran MC/singer’s latest indie music into the Top 200, something that was not always true of his projects back in the day, on Ruthless Records and other labels.
