DJ Nu-Mark’s career has been tied into Jurassic 5 and The Pharcyde. Quite obviously, the producer/DJ was a founding member of the Unity Committee (later J5), and in recent years, he’s been releasing some strong product with SlimKid3 (Tre Hardson), a founding member of The Pharcyde.

Thereby, if anybody has a right to blend those SoCal true-school worlds together, why not Mark? He takes that liberty on Craft Services, a new 35-minute free mixtape, backed by Delicious Vinyl Records.

The mixmaster explains, “Seeing that I just completed the Slimkid3 & Nu-Mark collaboration, I thought it was appropriate to assemble a mix that highlights both Jurassic 5 and Pharcyde at their best. I dug deep in the vaults and uncovered some never before heard multi tracks, unreleased songs and acapellas from old tapes that needed to see the light of day. This is how I’d like to see all 8 MCs from both groups trade the mic. Enjoy!”
