Chance The Rapper & Nosaj Thing Are Back To Pushing Musical Boundaries (Audio)

Nosaj Thing may or may not be on the radar. The Los Angeles, California-based musician/producer has caught some major credits such as Kid Cudi’s 2009 debut, Man On The Moon: The End Of Day. More typically though, Nosaj works with inventive, experimental MCs with large followings, including Project Blowed disciples Busdriver and Nocando, as well as early works with Kendrick Lamar and Chance The Rapper.

It is Chance that N.T. called upon for his latest offering, “Cold Stares.” Dabbling in Spoken Word, R&B, and Electronica, the record is the perfect intersection for the pensive Chicago, Illinois MC and the L.A. musician who speaks through sounds. It’s abstract, but so easy to relate to.
