Capone-N-Noreaga’s Lessons is less than one month away (July 24). The reunion with the Queens, New York duo and their original Penalty label sees Capone and N.O.R.E. invigorating their brand of lyricism. “In The First” has that rowdy delivery on the mic, and sample-savvy arrangement on the boards. Moreover, this rejoining of the duo sounds like the men—who vowed it was over—simply couldn’t keep away from each other, creatively.
