The Game Takes Biggie’s Kick in the Door Beat & Adds Some Bang, With a Co-Sign From Puff Daddy (Audio)

The Game is on one right now. His double album follow up to his debut LP The Documentary will be released in 2 weeks, with part 1 hitting stores on October 9 and part 2 following the week after. Earlier this week, he set the web on fire with his song “El Chapo,” which featured Skrillex and production by Bangladesh. Now, the latest from the album is “Standing on Ferraris.”

The song is built on an interpolation of The Notorious B.I.G.’s DJ Premier-produced “Kick in the Door,” and it amps up the thump of the drums “way past 10.” And, just to let everyone know it’s all good in the hood, Game brings along Diddy who ad libs on the track, talking about his love for Game and the strength of what happens when the East and West come together.
