Pusha T Has An Album Less Than A Month Away & It’s Not “King Push”

For more than two years, Pusha T has been discussing his sophomore solo album, King Push. The G.O.O.D. Music MC/executive and founder of the Clipse and Re-Up Gang confirmed to Noisey today (November 23) that his second solo set is on the way, but it won’t be King Push. Instead, Darkest Before The Dawn will be the title releasing on December 18.

This announcement comes less than two weeks after Pusha Ton was named President of his Getting Out Our Dreams label, which is founded by Kanye West.

In a brief statement, Push’ suggested that Darkest Before The Dawn is an album for his dedicated fans that stems from the same King Push sessions. The latter album will still release, in 2016. Additionally, based on Noisey’s report, it is believed that Q-Tip, Kanye, and Puff Daddy are among the producers of the My Name Is My Name follow-up.

Previously, Pusha T released Fear Of God, two volumes of street albums, which were released formally by Decon/G.O.O.D./Mass Appeal.
