This 360° Run The Jewels Concert Is As Close As It Gets To Being On Stage With Them (Video)

Over the years, Run The Jewels, the duo of Killer Mike and El-P, have shown themselves to be among the most energetic performers in Hip-Hop. Mike and El pour as much passion into their onstage delivery as they do their fiery lyrics. To capture the energy and show what it feels like to be in the crowd and even onstage with, Mike Bigga and P, Converse’s Rubber Tracks Live has partnered with Boiler Room to film a one hour set of RTJ running through their catalog in full 360° motion.

As Run The Jewels perform songs from their 2 albums, the viewer is able to control the experience throughout. Want to focus purely on Mike? No problem. Want to watch the crowd from the vantage point of El-P? All good. The camera angles can be controlled by moving one’s phone around (using the most recent version of the YouTube app) or by clicking on the arrows on desktop. For those who have virtual reality viewing glasses, it becomes an immersive experience that’s as close to being there as one can get, without a ticket.
