Listen To Prince’s Final Concert In Full (Audio)

Just days before his sudden and tragic death on April 21, Prince had been embarked on a tour as the sole performer. Although he famously surrounded himself with some of the world’s (other) most talented musicians in the past, his “Piano & A Microphone” tour featured no one but Prince, armed with just his piano. He raced through hits and deep cuts spanning his entire career, and threw in covers of other musical giants like David Bowie, Bob Marley and Joni Mitchell.

On April 14, the tour came to Atlanta, and Prince performed 2 shows at the Fox Theatre. Just a week before, Prince had postponed the scheduled show because he was said to be battling the flu. One of the first things he did when addressing the audience at the April 14 show was to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the re-scheduling.

Unbeknownst to anyone, his second show at the Fox Theatre would be his final. Fortunately, the entire audio was captured and is available for full stream below, as well as the show’s set list.
