Tribe’s Ali Shaheed Muhammad & Adrian Younge To Score Marvel Series

The Roots’ Questlove has been named musical director of this year’s forthcoming TV remake of Roots. The ever-illusive Dr. Dre has also signed on to provide music attached to an upcoming graphic novel.

In the latest news, founding member of A Tribe Called Quest Ali Shaheed Muhammad has joined forces with musician/producer Adrian Younge (Ghostface Killah, Souls Of Mischief, The Dramatics) for the Marvel series Luke Cage.
