Don Flamingo Has Co-Signs From JAY-Z & The LOX Because He’s That Good (Video)

JAY-Z’s Roc Nation roster has a deep bench. The days when it was Jay, plus J. Cole and Jay Electronica have long passed. From The LOX to Vic Mensa, Jim Jones and so forth, there’s a lot going on. Louisiana’s Don Flamingo may not be a name Heads hear as much as others. But that may be soon changing.

Don has worked with The LOX, Killa Kyleon, and battle champ Loaded Lux, among others. On new video single “Seen It All,” no guests are necessary. Don looks into the camera while reflecting in the park, and spits reality raps from the heart.

The song shouts out some of his Roc family. With “flows that could wake Mr. West up,” he goes on to say that while Jay is coming up on a billion, he hopes to touch a mill’. He also says he’s kickin’ a Nas Lost Tapes flow in hopes of bringing back a level of artistry that seems lost since the ’90s. Jadakiss, Styles P, and Sheek all bigged up Don’s style.

Flamingo was featured on Ambrosia For Heads 2017 SXSW stage, and also appeared in a cypher from the BET Hip Hop Awards last fall, with DJ Premier on the cut.
