Fabolous & Jadakiss Put Their Masks On For A New Collabo With Future (Audio)

Life is too short to listen to bad music. So…let AFH fight through it for you and only supply you with that great stuff. Despite the reports, Hip-Hop is alive and well and, in many ways, is better than it’s ever been. Not only are we able to go back and listen to all of our favorites, at the click of a button, there is also a ton of great music still being made by artists, young and veteran alike…if you know where to look.

To help with that task, we’ve created two playlists. One features more recent music—songs that have been released within the last year or so—while the other is throwback, focused on the 1980s and ’90s. We update each of these playlists regularly, so, if you like what you hear, subscribe to follow us on Spotify.

Today (October 31) brings the release of a new single from Fabolous and Jadakiss. For more than a year, the pair have teased fans with the prospect of a joint project, titled Freddy vs. Jason. Last year, in an interview with The Breakfast Club, Fabolous hinted that it might come around Halloween, but the that date came and went. Now, a year later, they drop their new song, “Stand Up,” featuring Future. The song is the second of the year from the duo, as they released “Rapture” in January. “Stand Up,” with its spooky chords, is in full step with the Halloween theme and might signal that the project is finally ready to be released in full later today. Stay tuned.

In addition to new Fabolous and Jadakiss, the playlist has been updated with highlights from Big K.R.I.T., Wu-Tang Clan, Rapsody, The Game, and SZA. Together, these artists join Oddisee, Mozzy, Meek Mill, Elzhi, TLC, Brother Ali, Drake, Lil Dicky, D’Angelo, Kendrick Lamar, The Roots, Tyler The Creator, Vic Mensa, The LOX, Sean Price, and a host of others.
