Flint, Michigan’s Jon Connor used his 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards Cypher verse to announce a signing to Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Entertainment. Connor ended his verse by saying he was sick “but now [his] doctor is Dre. Aftermath!”

With Dre’s success with Michigan acts (Eminem, Obie Trice, Mr. Porter, and let’s not forget that Xzibit was born and raised in Detroit), do you think Team Connor is the next big hit? Also, given Connor’s incredible of output of music the last three years, how does this change Aftermath’s stock value in the game?

We don’t have the exact quote yet, but October 15 at 8pm, we can all celebrate together.
