Oddisee’s Got A Lot To Say On Album Bonus Cut Yeezus Was A Mortal Man (Audio)

Hi. We recently created AFH TV, Ambrosia For Heads’ streaming video service, because we believe real Hip-Hop deserves its own dedicated TV home. But, there are doubters, so, we need your help. If you have enjoyed anything on AFH over the last 7 years, we are asking you to subscribe to AFH TV. It is only $1.99/month or $12/year, and already features some amazing content, but the best is yet to come. Thank you for all of your support.

In releasing his latest album, The Beauty In All, Oddisee let the music do the talking. One of the biggest stars out of the Low Budget Crew has a bonus-cut, “Yeezus Was A Mortal Man.” Like Lupe Fiasco’s controversially-titled single, this could appear to be about Kanye West or 2013 Hip-Hop, but who can really stay? What’s absolutely true is that a fire was lit underneath Oddy for this verse—one of his most charged to date.

Let’s not forget that Oddisee, along with Kanye, has ties to Talib Kweli and Little Brother.
