Michigan native and Cali transplant Quelle Chris had a banner year in 2013. He released two critically-albums on Mello Music Group, and toured with collaborator Black Milk. The latter of those two albums, Ghost At The Finish Line, is still actively making its rounds. Chris dropped a bugged video for the title track, seemingly inspired by a glow in the dark take on Mr. Potato Head. These Heads abide, in this Cali Swag District-inspired chorus that shows Chris’ honesty, humility, and free-form approach to making tracks that seemingly fits in that Quasimoto, Slum Village world of wonder.
