ScHoolboy Q Rocks Early 2014 With Tour & Some Fresh OXYMORON Music (Audio)

With two Top 200 independent albums already under his belt, all eyes are on ScHoolboy Q’s first Interscope Records-backed LP, OXYMORON. The longtime Top Dawg Entertainment artist has garnered mainstream appeal, all from his perch as a straight-talking, easy-going G from the streets of South Central Los Angeles.

TDE confirmed today that OXYMORON is indeed coming out February 25 (as reported late last year), looking to melt some of that polar vortex keeping half of the US bundled. The LP is confirmed to include Black Hippy cohort Kendrick Lamar (“Collard Greens”) as well as 2 Chainz, Raekwon, and Odd Future’s Tyler, The Creator. Among others, Alchemist is a confirmed producer on an album that reportedly features no involvement from Dr. Dre whatsoever.

Following in line with the self-explanatory title, Q takes on the meaning of “Gangsta” in 2014, on a snippet from the LP called just that:

Additionally, Q is hitting the road on two continents with TDE label-mate Isaiah Rashad, as well as OFWGKTA/Most Dope affiliate Vince Staples.
