Although it’s clearly not a cover song, June and Big K.R.I.T. clearly considered Jay Z’s Volume 3 smash single “Big Pimpin’,” which put the faces and voices of UGK’s Pimp C and Bun B in front of many new listeners. Raised on the Slab music, Krizzle and June made their video with a boat, some bottles, and of course some models. It’s all their own, but clearly a nod to the Hype Williams video era of letterbox, vivid colors, and champagne soaked bikinis.
