Collaborations are a driving force on ScHoolboy Q’s OXYMORON. From links with Tyler, The Creator and 2 Chainz, to the king of “links” himself, Raekwon, the major label debut from Quincy is an opportunity to hear how he blends with some new friends. However, for almost two years, Q’s been crossing paths with A$AP Rocky. The cross-country collaborations have been stunners to fans of both artists. On OXY, Target buyers get “Californication” included. For everybody else, this may not be on the CD, but the fuzzy-beats with cut-in vocal samples is a nice incentive to hit “the bull’s eye.”
