In five short weeks, Prince will release the Artist’s 33rd studio album, Art Official Age. Similar to the wordplay De La Soul used within their own A.O.I. (Art Official Intelligence) series, this album’s title alludes to a question of authenticity within art.

But the September 30 release date isn’t just about Art Official Age for Prince. 01 Art Official Age for Prince. The Minnesota native is also reported to be planning an LP with his band, 3rd Eye Girl. The collective is said to be releasing what is likely considered Prince 34th LP, Plectrum & Electrum.

Both albums are to be self-released.

While the latter’s details are still pending, a tracklist has released (along with artwork) for Art Official Age. Heads can also pre-order these albums
