Just a few days ago, J. Cole released an incredibly heartfelt track, “Be Free,” dedicated to the recent passing of Michael Brown and the tragic events that continue to unfold in Ferguson, Missouri. But that wasn’t enough for Cole.

Making his way to the scene of Brown’s passing, J. Cole spoke with the town’s citizens, protestors, and activists to pay his respects, give his thoughts, and join in on a prayer calling for justice.
