Yesterday (August 11), Remy Ma made her first televised appearance since being released from prison earlier this month. The artist formerly known as Remy Martin sat on the “106 & Park” stage opposite one of her loyal supporters in Shad Moss (fka Bow Wow).

The former Terror Squad member who famously broke out on M.O.P’s “Ante Up (Remix)” spoke about adapting to technological changes, such as learning hashtags. She speaks about learning from the Midtown Manhattan shooting in the mid-2000s that landed her in prison. The Bronx, New Yorker also says that no matter what deals or sales her post-There’s Something About Remy: Based On A True Story career holds, she will still make music for herself.

Oh yeah, and she’s got a song coming with Swizz Beatz, French Montana and Jadakiss…
