Nottz began his career as a producer at the young age of 15, continuously traveling back and forth from his hometown of Norfolk, Virginia to New York City to market his art. In addition to his hard work with manager Daryl Sloan, an unexpected run in with Busta Rhymes opened the floodgates and the young man’s career began to unfold.

That chance meeting with Busta burgeoned a full fledged career for Nottz that includes production credits for the likes of Snoop Dogg, Kanye West, Blu, Dr. Dre, Game, J Dilla, Pusha T, and Scarface. Continuing to master his craft, the producer/MC adds stock to his catalog with his latest mixtape, Welcome Home Mixtape Series Vol. 3.

The D.M.P. (Durte Muzik Prahdukshun) affiliate isn’t just chopping up old records on this one, providing some bars of his own and recruiting additional lyrical reinforcement from Jon Connor, Royce da 5’9″, Edyai, Asher Roth, Mac Miller, The Serial Killers, Marvwon, and more.
