Back in 2012, the mysterious Captain Murphy hit the airwaves alongside the likes of Earl Sweatshirt and Jeremiah Jae. We then discovered his mixtape, Duality, but still had no idea who was behind this cartoon rapping phenomenon. We later discovered the man behind the animated mask to be Flying Lotus, and thanks to the good folks at Cartoon Network, the origins of Captain Murphy are finally revealed.
