With strong ties to South Philly, North Philly, and West Philly, these three MCs run together in circles, beyond The Roots, State Property, and the overlapping Money Making Jam Boys. Black Thought, Peedi Crakk, and STS are three of the fastest rhymin’, old school-honoring rappers from the City of Brotherly Love.

Together, on a simple (but incredibly dope) Sean C & LV (The Hitmen, circa 2007-2008) beat, these MCs go “three the hard way.” With multi-syllabic deliveries, “Fire” is a three-alarm blaze. Given STS and Peedi’s close relationship with The Roots, not to mention MMJB (again), this is one star-studded collaboration that does not feel one bit forced or contrived. This was an outtake from the Loud Dreams, Vol. 1 mixtape, released back in March.
