After Raekwon eloquently concluded his “TBT” R&B/Soul/Pop tribute series with a mixtape, We Wanna Thank You, another Wu-Tang Clan member is paying homage to the soulful songs of yesteryear. Inspectah Deck made Cynthia’s Son, a mixtape reworking, sampling, and tapping into songs favored by the Bronx, New York MC’s late mother, Cynthia Hunter.

Like its concept and title, the project is heartfelt, and features the CZARFACE MC kicking highly personal rhymes:

Inspectah-Deck-Cynthias-Son

As seen on ego trip!.
