Now a Roc Nation artist, Fabolous is reportedly departing from his S.O.U.L Tape style of the last few years. The Brooklyn, New Yorker, still backed by Desert Storm/Def Jam gave short notice today that he will release The Young O.G. on December 25.


This Christmas day concept was first exercised last year, regarding The S.O.U.L. Tape 3. Meanwhile, The Young O.G. will be a retail release, but strictly digital—per a label press release. Fab has not released a full-length studio album since 2009’s Loso’s Way, which garnered a #1 debut for DJ Clue’s star protege.
