Breaking Bad Spin-off Better Call Saul Begins Next Month. Catch The Official Trailer (Video)

“Breaking Bad,” in all of its glory, was one of the most captivating, cliff-hanging, and entrancing television series of all times. Within Vince Gill’s cross-over hit for AMC there were some splashes of comic relief from Walter White and Jesse Pinkman’s meth-cooking madness: attorney Saul Goodman.

The mass-advertised phone-book lawyer was played by former “Saturday Night Live” writer-turned-actor Bob Odenkirk; “Seinfeld” Heads may remember his role as Elaine’s med student boyfriend, while Walter White actor Bryan Cranston played recurring character, Dr. Tim Watley.

While “Breaking Bad” called it quits in 2013, the New Mexico world lives on through prequel/spin-off “Better Call Saul.” After clips have been released, AMC unleashes the full two-minute official trailer. Fans of the show will see henchman role of Mike Ehrmantraut (played by Jonathan Banks) appear. Additionally, another “SNL” alum, Michael McKean appears in a prominent role. The show will begin at 10pm in a two-night premiere, February 8 and 9, on AMC.

Does this look legit, or as a possible detractor to one of the true programming gems of the last 25 years?
