Mick Jenkins Has Nothing But Time, But No Time For The B.S. (Audio)

Hi. We recently created AFH TV, Ambrosia For Heads’ streaming video service, because we believe real Hip-Hop deserves its own dedicated TV home, but we need your help to make it great. Please subscribe to AFH TV. It is only $1.99/month or $12/year, and already features some amazing content, but the best is yet to come. Thank you for all of your support.

Mick Jenkins seems to capture the Windy City essence so well in his music. “Time,” on paper, is just a compilation track (Chicago Sight n’ Sound). However, the Cinematic Entertainment MC makes a deep record that’s not about how he manages his time in a thirst-stricken industry, in a violent metropolis, but simply at this unique point in his life. Jenkins is a fan-favorite for an artist to last in Hip-Hop, and this time in waiting, is not at all in vain.
