Tech N9ne has kicked down the doors of the music industry the last five years. The Strange Music co-founder has elite sales, jaw-dropping revenue streams, and everybody imaginable in his Rolodex. Although his video numbers thrive on YouTube, one thing that has evaded the Kansas City, Missouri O.G. often appears to be radio.

Thanks to frequent collaborator B.o.B., and another industry veteran juggernaut in 2 Chainz, that may change in “Hood Go Crazy.” Premiering on Los Angeles, California’s Power 106 this morning (February 26), the song has a catchy chorus, a grabbing dance-friendly beat, and the swagger of a smash. Along the way though, Tech far from compromises his typical lyrically-forward style, and cleverly mischievous subject matter.

Could this Special Effects single be Tech’s breakthrough on the final wall holding him back?
