Whether it’s with The Roots, with Rick Ross, or Raekwon, is there a beat—or type of beat that Styles P cannot destroy? The LOX O.G. brings his D-Block protege Blazin on board for “True & Living.” Here, thanks to Spanish production duo Cookin’ Soul (OJaYzis, Freddie Gibbs), S.P. The Ghost gets incredibly funky on a wah-wah tinged beat that would make John Shaft walk a lil’ tougher.

Styles clearly enjoys himself, and pushes his words all the harder on a track that also employs a scratch-chorus. This is a totally different sound than Styles has been favoring for his recent string of freestyles, but both the hunger and fervor in the delivery clearly remain.

This track comes courtesy of longtime L-O-X supporters, NahRight.
