Cam’ron Raps. He Acts. He Can Also Run A Human Resources Department (Video)

Frequently, major companies make the news for questionable practices regarding employee rights. Human Resource departments are put in place to enforce best ethical relations in making a work space, both internally and externally—with everybody’s rights respected.

Larry Wilmore’s “The Nightly Show” opted to make light of recent reports of a less-than-comfortable work space at Amazon. In turn, they bring in Cam’ron—an MC who is not known for squeaky clean content, and a whole lot of sensitivity. Instead, the platinum Rap veteran whose closet “looks like Pet Cemetery” sits behind a desk, and evaluates some typical workplace problems, from inappropriate sexual advances, to pilferage, to the protocol involving petty-cash. Along with some presumed ad-libs (Heads can watch Killa Cam actually “keep computers ‘putin'”), this is comic relief to what for many, makes work all the more difficult:
