This summer, Method Man opened up his Meth Lab as the first release in nearly nine years. On the Tommy Boy Entertainment effort, Mr. Mef’ made a standout cut in “Purple Tape.” Although it’s a Johnnie Blaze affair, Raekwon (the true “purple tape” architect) joins the fray, as does another Only Built 4 Cuban Linx… guest, Inspectah Deck.

As Heads are deciding the albums to remember 2015 by, the Wu-Tang-certified video emerges. It’s a Clansmen affair, with the three MCs joining the youth in a clique-driven display of bars and brotherhood:
