Reuniting with A.G., “16 & Out” is a quick-strike—as its name suggests. However, these 20-plus-year collaborators show they are still able to easily slide in the pocket of dope beats and dope rhymes fused together. With a definitively energetic track from ‘Ness, Andre The Giant spits large braggadocious bars in a moment where the fellow BX O.G. is feeling himself. The latest Monday D.I.T.C. audio drop-off is only building the album anticipation.
