Veteran Hip-Hop and Electronic music producer araabmuzik has been shot. The 26 year-old Providence, Rhode Island native known for his work with Cam’ron, Slaughterhouse, Styles P, and Capone-N-Noreaga was reportedly shot in a Manhattan parking garage last night (February 25).

The artist born Abraham Orellana was struck in the jaw, arm, and a third bullet grazed his head when he and friend James Malloy (who was shot in the leg) entered a BMW at ProPark America on Harlem’s 125th Street. Two individuals reportedly were involved in the attack. Upon hospitalization, the producer required surgery.

The New York Daily News, who reported the incident, said that the artist known for his MPC playing was previously shot in 2013 during a Rhode Island home invasion.

Last year, araabmuzik worked on the Southpaw soundtrack, and Joe Budden’s All Love Lost. During his career, araabmuzik has been managed by former Diplomats Vice President and head A&R Duke Da God.
