Sean Price & Rah Digga Join Koolade for a Tall Glass of Hip-Hop Heat (Audio)

Croatian producer Koolade has crossed Heads’ radars for 15 or so years, with a CV of veritable who’s-who in indie and underground Rap. Having worked with Craig G, Diamond D, Ghostface Killah, Masta Ace, Sadat X, and many others, he is the deliverer of a new release featuring Rah Digga and Sean Price. Since Price’s passing last summer, there have been a slew of posthumous releases featuring his irreplaceable flow, and now “Say Nothing” serves as the latest opportunity for Heads to hear him spit some never-before released bars. Fans of Jersey City, New Jersey MC Rah Digga have been waiting for a follow-up to her 2010 solo album Classic, and some loosies she released around this time last year has only whetted their palettes, making her appearance on this Duck Down Music collab a welcome gift.

Also featured on the track is Tony Touch, a Hip-Hop mainstay known primarily as a DJ and B-Boy, but who contributes some energy as an MC on the cut. It’s no surprise the Brooklyn, New York native has gravitated to the mic, given his expertise and creating some of the hardest-hitting mixes replete with lyrical content from the likes of Busta Rhymes, J. Cole, KRS-One, and Nas. Together, Koolade and his trio of guests get busy with an uptempo joint, and P does not disappoint; the Brownsville Bar-barian reminds everyone listening that “nigga, to say what Sean say, it take 10 Gs and 3000 AndrĂ©s.”
