Isaiah Rashad Lets His Ego Talk As He Allows His Soul To Sing (Audio)

In what felt like an overnight progression, Isaiah Rashad transformed from a talented (but largely unknown) artist in Chattanooga, Tennessee into a Top 40 MC on the charts. The difference was Top Dawg Entertainment, and linking up with the team responsible for introducing a handful of talented artists in multiple genres over the last five-plus years.

Gearing up to follow early 2014’s Cilvia Demo, Rashad has released “Free Lunch” already this month. He re-ups with “I Mean.” This song shows where Isaiah is now. With an edge to his persona, the artist lets his ego step to the front, while not abandoning his soulful side.
