Styles P, Joe Young & Termanology Are Poetry In Motion On A Dame Grease Burner (Audio)

Last year, Joe Young released his Invincible Armour album. On it, the Wu-Tang Clan affiliate brandished his associations, through features from Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, and a posthumous O.D.B. verse. Moreover, the MC who spent part of his youth in Germany is extensively produced by Dame Grease, the same New York beat-smith responsible for hits from DMX and Max B.

While Harlem’s Biggaveli made “waves” a major vibe in Rap music in the 2000s (especially in the eyes of Wiz Khalifa), his producer stirs new waters for Joe Young. Premiering at Ambrosia For Heads, “Watch The Wave” features The LOX’s Styles P and Termanology. Fresh off of “I Dream B.I.G.” (from Term’s own late ’16 More Politics album), this trio gets in the zone of Dame’s jazzy piano vibe. Holiday Styles leads it off with wordplay about his hustle and means of relaxation. Young follows, promising another album as he details a tireless work ethic and hunger for more. 1982’s “Term Brady” plays clean-up about how like time, waves never stop, so make the most of your moment. All three of these artists are highly-prolific. They never seem to sit still, just like the waves they rap about.

Joe Young’s ‘Invincible Armour’ May Be The Closest We Get To Another Wu-Tang Album

This song reportedly belongs to an upcoming joint project between Joe and Dame.
