Bun B Kicks True Reality Rap In A Sea Of Fakers & It Sounds Incredible (Audio)

Production duo Beatnick & K-Salaam is gearing up to release The Bluest Flame album (October 13). The Canadian pair works with Talib Kweli, Blu, Tech N9ne, and others on the upcoming self-released project.

Following the “Fight Night (Remix)” with Kweli and Blu, they drop “Keep It 100” with Bun B and Adi Armour. With his own LP (featuring direction by Big K.R.I.T.) on the horizon line, the UGK MC wastes no time calling out fakeness, and laying down the G-code, just like he always has. The producers’ track is dynamic, with Jazz and Soul underneath a breezy melody. Adi offers a smooth chorus, that matches the vernacular relatable to Underground Kingz.

The song is quick, but effective at a time when realness may be rare, but always recognized by its kin.
