Kendrick Lamar & Big K.R.I.T. Are Battling For Best Rap Album Of 2017 & It Is CLOSE

For more than two weeks, Ambrosia For Heads has asked readers and fans to determine the “Best Rap Album Of 2017.” With AFH‘s Top 15 provided, readers were offered a Wild Card option to vote in an album pick that may have been overlooked. With the resulting “Sweet 16” in place, it has been two weeks of elimination-style battles leading up to the final declaration of last year’s best Rap album.

The championship battle is ending today (January 2) at 7 pm EST. In the closing hours leading up to the final count, it is currently neck-and-neck between Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN. and Big K.R.I.T.’s 4eva Is A Mighty Long Time. Two of the biggest Hip-Hop talents of the 2010s, past collaborators, and competitors face off with their latest works. For Kendrick, it is his symbolic two albums in one. For Krizzle, it’s a double album that was appointed by Wild Card voters and a victor in all ballot appearances since.

Both of these albums are prime examples that 2017 was a great year for Hip-Hop music, but only one can be the Best Rap Album of 2017. Which one do you choose?

Make sure you vote to get your pick counted.
