Drake Announces His Next Album & It Just Might Sting

This month marks three years since Drake released an album. The rapping-singing superstar gave his fans More Life in 2017. However, that Young Money/Cash Money/Universal Republic Records project was presented as a playlist, not an album. Additionally, the OVO founder did not submit the #1 release to the Recording Academy for Grammy consideration.

In 2018, Drake has been busy. The artist with seven #1 releases (including one joint-effort with Future) dropped a two-song EP, Scary Hours, in January. He since followed with “Nice For What,” a Lauryn Hill-sampling video single that could possibly serve as the first single to his fifth LP.
