Hip-Hop can add a new couple to that list after last weekend. Jean Grae and Quelle Chris have married. The couple and friends, including Tanya Morgan’s Donwill and comedian John Hodgman, documented the event online.

In early December of last year, Chris announced the couple’s engagement. That was ahead of the release of collaborative album Everything’s Fine (embedded below).

Grae, who was born in South Africa and raised in New York City, has worked extensively with 9th Wonder, Talib Kweli, in addition to her role in Natural Resource. Chris, who was born in New York, cut his teeth in the Detroit, Michigan music scene. The MC/producer has worked with Pharoahe Monch, Alchemist, and Open Mike Eagle, among others. The couple has collaborated for years, including Jean’s 2016 EP, iSweaterGawd.
