This one fell through the cracks but is well worth a look if you missed it. Last month, TV One did an edition of their Celebrity Crime Files series on Scott LaRock. Contrary to the title, the show is primarily a documentary on the life of LaRock who was Boogie Down Productions’ DJ before he was tragically shot and killed in 1987. The show chronicles his journey into Hip-Hop, his experience as a social worker and his discovery of and partnership with KRS-One. Check out the full episode below.
