HBO has announced that it is bringing back The Wire, widely regarded as one of the best TV shows of all-time (if not the best), back for a marathon. The catch? The show will be aired in HD for the first time ever. Longtime fans and those watching for the first time will be able to see Avon, Marlo, Stringer, Omar, McNulty and the rest of the stellar cast with visuals as razor sharp as the writing.
